• For this paper, I was not really able to find or use a variety of genres and rhetorical situations, within my writing or sources, as for this assignment, I mainly focused on the keyboard and its components. But, I used many different sources that come from different places, differing viewpoints, and all have different writing/reading strategies.

• My plan or strategy for this assignment was to gain many good, well written sources that I could use to gain a good amount of information on keyboards and its inner workings, and also use as direct information within this assignment. Along with this, I have gotten close friends and family to look over my assignment and help me to revise and edit this assignment.

• During this assignment, I made sure to use simple language that could be understood by most people, and also used diagrams and images, along with text describing what is within the diagrams and images. All of this was used to help the audience to understand the assignment.

• For this assignment, I had engaged in peer review with other students within our class, to get valuable information that helped with improving upon this assignment, and also helped other students with their own assignments. Along with this, I had also gotten close friends and family members to look at this assignment and help me to improve anything that could have been done in a better way.

• Throughout the assignment, I used several diagrams and images, along with text to describe what is shown in the image in detail, along with text just describing the image. This was all used to help the audience to understand all the information that is being presented to them.

• I had found and used sources I compiled from the internet, mainly using articles and also different online stores. I used several articles for more all-encompassing information about keyboards and its parts as a whole, and used information listed on online stores about certain components, for more direct information about those specific parts. Along with this, I used pictures that I found throughout both the articles and online stores.

• Within this assignment, I used information from several sources of which I had either paraphrased or summarized. I used this information within the introduction and the descriptions of a keyboard and its components. 

• Sources were used heavily throughout this assignment, as this assignment is mostly research based. I used citations not only in my reference page, but also for the diagrams littered throughout and for any of the paraphrasing I used in the assignment.

Part 2:

When approaching this assignment, I had made sure to find many good and well written sources that I would use to get a good amount of information on the topic of my assignment, being keyboards and their inner workings, and also use those sources as direct information to cite within this assignment. Also, I had gotten a close friend and some of my family to look over my assignment and help me to revise and edit this assignment. This process worked pretty well for me, as it is not a long or tedious process and put an excess of work upon me, and got me to finish this assignment on time, and got me to do the actual assignment reasonably well. I do not believe I need to reconsider or rework this approach. This is not a new approach, I have been using this approach for a good while now.
